HOW TO RESET PUPIL’S FORGOTTEN PASSWORD TO DEFAULT

Instructions -

This training is designed to show you how to reset pupil login password to default.

Steps:

1. On your school portal dashboard scroll down and click PUPILS (NEW) LOGIN DETAIL
2. Click on Students/Pupils Password Reset
3. Scroll down and select Pupils (new) login details as shown below

4. Search for the pupil E-mail address
5. Click on the reset button as shown in the image below

6. Click Yes to confirm password reset as shown in the image below

7. After any password is reset, the default password becomes : PassWord123!
